Attorney Arantxa Diaz Krauss

Arantxa Diaz Krauss was born and raised in Lima, Peru and moved to Port Saint Lucie, Florida in 2006. Before pursuing a career in law, she attended the University of South Florida earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Minor in International Studies. During her time at USF, Arantxa interned at the Hillsborough County Commissioner’s Office, earning the opportunity to work as a legislative aide in Hillsborough County. She then went on to attend Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad College of Law. While in law school, she began developing her litigation skills by attending multiple trial advocacy classes and becoming a member of the NSU Trial Association. Arantxa was admitted to the FL Bar in 2019.

Prior to joining the team at Law Patriot, Arantxa gained invaluable skills litigating and trying numerous civil cases in the areas of debt collection, creditor’s rights, evictions, and contract law. Arantxa has worked as both a Defense and Plaintiff’s attorney, and has represented many individuals, as well as large debt collection companies and prestigious banking institutions.

Arantxa is a very caring and compassionate attorney that strives to provide her clients with the best representation and results possible. She is a native Spanish speaker and loves traveling and cooking with her husband, Kevin.
